ABOUT US

The Corner Station Deli and Co-op is locally owned and operated. Jason Mardell and family run the popular new Deli and local vendor “mini-mall” in this beautifully renovated 1921 service station. The Mardells moved back to Jason’s hometown of Fairview about 5 years ago and soon began talks with the owners of The Corner Station gift shop to re-open with his new deli in the front and local and retro shopping in the back.  Nearly everyone in Jason’s family had a hand in the renovations, quickly making the Deli one of Sanpete’s favorite spots to eat. Folks love the fresh veggies and wide variety of healthy, nitrite-free deli meats sliced only when you order your sandwich. Jason prepares side salads from scratch using favorite family recipes. Hot, fresh soups are made daily and are a favorite in cold winter months and the sandwiches cannot be beat! Then there is the coffee and soda bar!
Shopping in the building is a fun mix of local collectors, antique-ers, artists, crafters and shopkeepers. Each rents their own space, keeping it stocked with an ever-changing array of antiques, up-cycled furniture, decor, local products, art, crafts and more.
